PunkHub Live Launch Today
Courtesy of news outlet, News Break:
Pop-Punk record label Manic Kat Records, headquartered in Pomona, New York will be launching a interactive platform for live music. The platform, known as Punk Hub Live, will launch on Manic Kat’s website on Friday, April 17th and 8:00 PM ET.
The platform will feature live performances from artists on their label roster, with one of their more popular, New Age Affair, kicking things off first. Punk Hub Live will feature a live stream of performances from bands, a welcome launch while all concerts and touring are suspended for the foreseeable future. A chat feature where viewers can converse and discuss the performance will also be integrated into the site. The service will look to connect fans to their favorite MKR artists in a new way.
In the coming weeks, the label plans to expand on this platform with long-form intimate live show environments where artists will give fans an inside look into the creation, funny stories, or inside jokes that helped shape their favorite songs. They also plan to use this platform to connect directly with the music community by giving live tips, do’s and don’ts, and insights into running a label in 2020.
Tune into the official launch of Punk Hub Live with an exciting performance from New Age Affair on Friday, April 17th at 8PM. The service can be found on Manickatrecords.com.
